INITIAL CONSULTATION
After receiving your Trip Planning request we’ll schedule a detailed contact with you to understand your travel preferences, goals, interests, budget and preferred travel dates so we can plan your perfect trip.

DESTINATION
RESEARCH
Based on your preferences, we will look for suitable destinations and activities, main attractions, landmarks, or unique experiences the destination offers.

CUSTOMIZE ITINERARY
We draft a day-to-day itinerary that aligns with the information given making sure we include your requirements. We will make any adjustments necessary based on your feedback and share our booking conditions with you.

ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORTATION
We will choose accommodations that fit your preferences, plan all necessary transportation, from flights to transfers and local transportation.

ADD PERSONAL TOUCHES
If the trip involves a special celebration (e.g., a honeymoon, anniversary or birthday), we’ll be happy to add extra touches such as surprise events or gifts.

REVIEW AND CONFIRM
We will send you the final traveling package that includes the detailed itinerary, emergency contacts, vouchers, and any important travel tips. Feel free to contact us at any time during your trip.
